Personal thoughts
- During my acne years, benzoyl peroxide was one of the very first topical treatment I wanted to get my hands on. Online reviews were promising and when you are battling acne, you would try absolutely anything and everything.
- This contains 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, not the strongest in the market at all. As much as I wanted to love it, it wasn't suitable for my sensitive skin.
- Yes it dried my zits, but made my skin peel, sore and patchy. Probably too strong for me. Because of this, my complexion looked more inflamed and "glossy", almost resembling a slight burn (wasn't painful though).
- Would suggest using this only as a targeted treatment i.e. apply just enough cream on zits. And be sure to moisturise, moisturise, moisturise!
