Rating: ★★★☆
Pros
- Doesn't over-dry skin
- Leaves skin feeling soft and smooth
- Product's consistency is thick and smooth; easy to apply evenly over skin
- Alcohol-free, fragrance-free, mineral oil-free
- Readily available at drugstores
Cons
- Can be quite messy rinsing product off
- Has a strong "plastic-ly" smell
- No significant effect on blackheads, pores, etc.
Personal thoughts
- I use this routinely, 1~2 times a week.
- I use it too, if I notice my skin starting to get a little problematic e.g. emerging bumps, pimples. Don't expect wonders that this product will heal them. But it does a decent job drawing them out and maintaining the skin from further outbreak.
- Unlike other clay masks, this doesn't dry my skin out. It actually leaves it feeling smooth. A nice kick-start to the subsequent skincare regime e.g. toner, etc.
- I don't see much effect diminishing pores though. Nor removing blackheads.
- But overall a decent product to maintain and cleanse skin from impurities once in awhile :)
